Reliable Towing & Recovery

Hector was so nice and made me so comfortable with my car and towing it to Walmart I will use them again. If anyone looking for assistance call Hector Thank you so much.

I contacted this company(owner-HECTOR GONZALES) 3rd in an effort to check out prices in the area were I needed to tow my car literally a half a mile down the road (around the corner…was more like it) The prices I got for .04 of a mile was outrageous- 😭🤦🏾‍♀️ DEPENDABLE TOWING WAS BY FAR THE MOST INEXPENSIVE AND AFTER CONTACTING HIM- he also made me AWARE- that he had prior obligations before me, but gave an accurate ETA of a follow up call that would occur prior to him being enroute. When that time came - as he previously indicated- MY PHONE RANG , with MR. GONZALES on the other end - checking in to see if his services were still needed!!!!🙌🏾😇 This for me demonstrated PROFESSIONALISM, and INTEGRITY. When time nor financial freedom are on your side - every little bit matters!!!! He arrived just as he STATED- and displayed even more attributes- courteous, kind, and extremely polite and understanding….. all of which can be appreciated when having a bad day in a city where you know...

Hector Gonzalez was awesome! Literally showed up within 15 min. Very professional, super friendly. Towed my vehicle to a shop and was super patient when he had to wait to drop it off. Was not at any point inpatient or upset. Didn't tac on a bunch of extra money. I would not have blamed him if he had, either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...I will 100% be using this company for all my future towing needs. Thanks again Hector!!! You were awesome. I appreciate that.
